Who this is for

Practice built around real conditions, not just poses.

A lot of yoga instruction assumes a body with no history. Ours doesn't. Sessions are adapted specifically for people navigating:

How it works

All you need is a laptop, a bit of floor space, and a yoga mat.

Sessions run over video call, live, one-on-one. You'll be guided in real time, the same way you would be in person — just from wherever you happen to be.

The Approach

Every session is designed around you. Through one-on-one, live online yoga, we take the time to understand how you are feeling, how your body is moving, and what support you need on that particular day.

Rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine, each practice is adapted to your individual needs, abilities, and goals. The approach is gentle, attentive, and therapeutic, creating a safe space to move, breathe, build strength, and reconnect with your body at your own pace.

"The goal isn't a deeper backbend. It's a nervous system that knows how to come back to rest — and a body that trusts its own breath again."
